Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Handling: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage-related inquiries to ensure smooth and timely boarding processes.
Baggage Handling: Manage baggage sorting, tracking, and unloading/loading to ensure the safe and efficient handling of passenger luggage.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passengers’ concerns, queries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Safety and Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to airport security protocols, including verifying travel documents, conducting screenings, and maintaining safety standards.
Flight Coordination: Collaborate with the airline crew and ground operations team to ensure timely and efficient turnaround for flights.
Ground Support Operations: Assist with various tasks including aircraft towing, refueling, ramp handling, and baggage claim management.
Crisis Management: Assist in emergency procedures, medical emergencies, or any unexpected situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers.
General Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of check-in counters, gates, and other airport facilities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer queries and issues in a professional manner.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and team members.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable working on your feet and handling manual tasks like baggage loading/unloading.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with multiple departments, including pilots, cabin crew, and security teams.
Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of Airport Systems: Familiarity with airline software, check-in systems, and baggage tracking (preferable but not mandatory).
